A few unfortunate places in the map of the present world like Palastine,Indonesia,Sreelanka,Manipur,Kashmir etc are affected by serial violence making life miserable for innocent people.
In what way Kannur is similar to these places ?
In all these places violence dominate social life and people are made helpless victims of the unpredictable situation.Population displacement,poverty,torture,chronic anxiety,lack of healthcare,education etc are the tragedies of these unfortunate people.
Unlike in Kannur ,in all these places people are fighting for a cause which is 'noble' for them.They have a proclaimed end point to stop their violence!
In Kannur nobody own the war,and everybody compete to denounce violence!
THis make it a special situation with lot of victims who donot know the real culprits of this deformed war or the purpose of people who bring them misfortune !
